Before you register and pay for this course please read the following information very carefully:

• Certificates are issued during business hours (M-F 9:00a – 5:00p CST; Sat 9:00a - 1:00p CST).

• Our policy is to issue certificates no later than the next business morning after the course is completed, by 12:00 noon Central Time.
  
• If you have a deadline and need Expedited Certificate Issuance, i.e., you must have your certificate the same day you complete the course, call our HOT LINE before registering and make arrangements with one of our staff (888) 533-3423.

• Certificates will be delivered to students by email and to attorneys by the method which they request (email, fax, regular mail).
  
• If you also want your certificate sent directly to your attorney you must complete at least one of the following:
  1. Enter the attorney code, given to you by your attorney, or
  2. Enter your attorney’s name and telephone number and other contact information. Failure to provide correct contact information for yourself or your attorney will delay the issuance of your certificate.
     
• Any delay in receiving a certificate, caused by submitting incorrect contact information, will not be the fault of 02 Certificate Class or Jane Jolley & Partners .
  
• Unless Expedited Certificate Issuance is requested and granted, courses completed after business hours on Saturday (1:00p CST) or Sunday, will be issued the following Monday a.m. (by 12:00 noon CST).

• If you begin the course, but do not complete it for any reason, you may be issued a full refund as long as no certificate has been issued.
  
• Once a certificate has been issued to you and/or your attorney, no refund will be given.
