Jane Jolley, MEd, JD, has practiced bankruptcy and family law, served as a hearing officer at 341 Meetings for Chapter 13 Trustees, taught debtor eduction and developed debtor education course materials. Jane's Partners all have extensive experience in teaching and financial counseling.
JJ & Partners:
- is not associated with any creditors nor does it receive any support from creditors. It's only source of income is payments for services provided by those seeking financial education.
- is approved by the U.S. Trustees to provide the Personal Financial Management Course required post-filing and before discharge in a bankruptcy by BAPCPA. And as required by the U.S. Trustees, "Approved to issue certificates evidencing completion of a personal financial management instructional course in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a Provider's services."

Certificates can be sent to you by email, fax or regular U.S. Mail.
Clients can pay for the class at the time of registratioin with a debit card, credit card or e-check. They can also pay by money orders or personal checks sent by U.S. mail.
If you would like to be billed for the cost of the class, ask for an attorney code your clients can use when registering. If you request an attorney code, we ask you to provide a credit card number we can keep on file for your monthly payments. We send a detailed statement by email or fax for you to review before payment is required.
