Before you register
...and pay for this course please read the following information very carefully.
This course fulfills your second certificate requirement if you have filed bankruptcy. You must have a case number to receive this certificate.
Online Class
The online 02 Certificate Class grew out of Jane's ten years of teaching money management skills. She and her partners have over thirty combined years of experience teaching adults about financial education and credit and debt management.
We do not receive fees or other consideration for the referral of students to our classes.
The online 02 Certificate Class is available 24 hours a day for your convenience.
If for any reason you cannot complete the online 02 Certificate Class we can move your registration to the telephone course to make sure you complete your certificate requirements. To register for a telephone class, call us during business hours at the numbers shown at left.
Online 02 Certificate Class:
$12.25 per person
You may be entitled to have the fee waived for the cost of this course if your income is at or below the poverty level guidelines as stated in the federal HHS poverty guidelines for 2009. Please call our office at (888) 533-3423 to discuss the guidelines with one of our administrators and determine if you qualify.
When and how certificates are issued
Certificates are issued during business hours (M-F 9:00a – 5:00p CST; Sat 9:00a - 1:00p CST). Our policy is to issue certificates no later than the next business morning after the course is completed (by 12:00 noon CST).
Online courses completed after business hours on Saturday, (1:00p CST) or Sunday, will be issued the following Monday a.m. (by 12:00 noon CST).
Certificates will be emailed to you using the email address you provide when you register for the course.
Any delay in receiving a certificate caused by submitting incorrect contact information will not be the fault of 02 Certificate Class or Jane Jolley & Partners and will not trigger a refund.
Expedited Certificates
If you’re under a deadline i.e., you must have your certificate the same day you complete the course, call our HOT LINE (888) 533-3423 before registering and make arrangements with one of our staff. If you do not communicate with our office before registering and taking the course online, we cannot guarantee you will receive your certificate the same day you complete the course.
Attorney Information
If you are represented by an attorney and you would like your certificate sent directly to your attorney you must complete at least one of the following when you register:
1. Enter the attorney code, given to you by your attorney, or
2. Enter your attorney’s name and telephone number.Note: Failure to provide correct contact information for yourself or your attorney will delay the issuance of your certificate.
Refund Policy
If you begin the course, but do not complete it for any reason, you may be issued a full refund as long as no certificate has been issued. Once a certificate has been issued to you and/or your attorney, no refund will be given.
